Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Origin Auth ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including platform operators, tenant administrators, and end users.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Use strong passwords and enable MFA where required
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Comply with our acceptable use policy

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Origin Auth to:

  • Facilitate unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks or abuse our infrastructure
  • Process illegal content or violate applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Share your API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Billing & Payments

Paid plans require a valid payment method. Charges are billed monthly in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Unused portions of prepaid periods are not refundable. Overages beyond MAU limits may incur additional charges as specified in your plan.

5. Service Level Agreement

We commit to the following uptime guarantees:

  • Pro plan: 99.9% monthly uptime
  • Team plan: 99.9% monthly uptime
  • Enterprise plan: 99.99% monthly uptime with dedicated support

Service credits are issued for uptime shortfalls as detailed in your plan documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

Origin Auth and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Phanes Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your tenant data and user data remain yours. We claim no ownership over your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Origin Auth is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. We will anonymize personal data as required by applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Material changes will be communicated via email and dashboard notifications. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
